As a Client Success Engineer, you'll use your specialized subject matter expertise in Cloud and Networking technologies to ensure Booz Allen employees and mission partners are connected with the right technology and tools they need.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client facing roles addressing process optimization and workflow design
- 5+ years of experience working with LCNC ServiceNOW solutions
- 5+ years of experience with core networking technologies
- 5+ years of experience with Cisco and F5 network appliances
- 5+ years of experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
- Experience with CI /CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and IaC tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
- Experience scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Knowledge of ITIL process framework
- Knowledge of AWS or Azure networking and security services as well as best practices and compliance frameworks
