Cloud Engineer (L2)

Join NTT DATA and make an impact in the field of cloud engineering. As a Cloud Engineer (L2), you will provide intermediate-level support, administration, and troubleshooting of cloud and hybrid infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and related components. You will ensure service stability, minimize downtime, and meet all SLA commitments, while contributing to deployments, proactive monitoring, and collaborating with senior engineers during escalations.

• Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics
• Azure AD fundamentals
• Azure Backup, Azure Update Manager
• PaaS fundamentals: Web Apps, Function Apps, Databases (SQL/ MySQL)
• Windows Server administration
• Basic Linux familiarity
• Hyper-V / VMware experience
• Routing, switching, VLANs
• Firewalls, load balancers, WAN technologies
• Cisco / Meraki / SD-WAN exposure
• PowerShell, Bash, AZ CLI
• Bicep, ARM Templates
• Understanding of DevOps & CI/CD concepts (Azure DevOps advantageous)
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform
• Monitoring platforms (Azure Monitor, Meraki Dashboard, vendor tools)
