We are seeking a leader to lead customer's IT operation service transition and service transformation. The leader will be responsible for smooth transition from existing environment and improve operation quality.

Requirements

  • 7 years or more experience in IT Service Management/IT Outsourcing field
  • 3 years or more experience in IT operation service transition project
  • 2 years or more experience in operation process improvement and transformation
  • Knowledge and practical experience in ITIL-based service management
  • Practical experience in project/program management
  • Experience in team leadership
  • Experience in managing complex stakeholders
  • Ability to read and communicate in English
  • Basic understanding of cloud environment (AWS, Azure, etc.)
