We are looking for a ServiceNow Manager to join our Enterprise Applications and SaaS business unit, where we provide top-class IT services. The successful candidate will work closely with the department head to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of experience in people management at a SIer, consulting firm, or business company
  • Experience as a team leader, including offshore team members
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Japanese (N1 level for non-Japanese nationals)
  • Knowledge and skills in ServiceNow or IT service management
