ServiceNow is seeking a Cloud Migration Manager to guide customers through the migration process, ensuring seamless end-to-end orchestration and visibility. This role focuses on end-to-end automation and involves working with internal teams and external customers to achieve migration objectives, including troubleshooting, managing SLAs, and automating opportunities where possible. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience working with SaaS Cloud Infrastructure environments
  • Previous experience with ServiceNow Cloud Infrastructure is strongly preferred
  • A solid foundation in Project Management
  • Comfortable in a technical environment
  • Comfortable in a customer-facing role
  • Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
  • Ability to communicate with and manage stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A ‘can do’ attitude to fast-paced and dynamic situations
