ServiceNow is seeking a Cloud Migration Manager to guide customers through the process of migrating to their platform, ensuring automation and visibility. The role involves tracking progress, managing customer expectations, directly engaging with customers and internal teams, and ensuring successful migration outcomes. This position focuses on end-to-end orchestration and automation from an end-to-end perspective.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience with SaaS Cloud Infrastructure environments
- Previous experience with ServiceNow Cloud Infrastructure is strongly preferred
- Solid foundation in Project Management
- Comfortable in a technical environment
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role
- Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
