Devoteam is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to join its TopTeam entity. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of IBM Cloud, AWS, and Azure environments, as well as experience with automation and orchestration tools. The role involves handling critical tickets, analyzing incidents, and contributing to cloud support transformation.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure environment
- Mastery of orchestration / automation tools: Terraform, Schematics, Ansible
- Skills in Linux Red Hat, VMware, TCP/IP, SSH, LDAP, SFTP, SMTP, SSL/TLS
- Familiarity with Kubernetes / IKS / ROKS environments
- Experience with CI/CD tools: GitLab, Toolchain
- Languages: Python, Bash, PowerShell
- Notions on SCCM, SFM, OpenSSL, PKI, RBAC, API LDAP
- Knowledge of ITSM and incident support tools (ServiceNow, or equivalent)
Requirements Summary
3-5 years of experience in a Cloud or DevOps environment. Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or cloud engineering. Good knowledge of IBM Cloud, AWS, and Azure environments
