Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in cloud computing, with expertise in Azure, AWS, or OCI
  • Experience in IT service management and incident management
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow product and knowledge of software development life cycle
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate effectively with customers and technical teams
  • Excellent customer service skills, with ability to work in a 24/7 shift pattern
  • Experience with automation tools, scripting languages, and cloud security best practices is a plus
