As an Employee Services Specialist - Oracle, you will perform simple activities in compliance with established procedures, strategies, and methodologies, in compliance with service-level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures. You will also be responsible for understanding which transactions require audit for compliance SOX audit, assisting in data gathering for report creation, and ensuring accuracy of all data processed and entered in HR systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Time, Payroll and HR processes and procedures
- Experience working in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model with compensation-related roles or other similar functions
- Basic knowledge in using Workday, Oracle, ADP, ServiceNow, or other similar platforms and tools
