OVHcloud US is seeking a Cloud Support Agent to join their Customer Support team. The role involves providing frontline support for customer infrastructures, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing billing concerns. This is a 24/7/365 hybrid position with a flexible schedule and requires customer-centric support and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support service for technical products
  • 2+ years using a ticketing system (ServiceNow, Zendesk)
  • IT degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Linux and Windows servers
  • Experience with VMware/Hyper V
  • Strong knowledge of networking (OSI, Ports, Protocols)
  • Experience with operating systems (versioning, installations)
  • Experience with command line protocols
  • Experience with control panels (cPanel, Plesk)
  • LPI Essentials knowledge desired
