The CM Team Lead, SME will oversee the operation of IT asset management and configuration management processes across multiple regions, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with ITIL best practices. The role includes improving asset visibility, enhancing CMDB data quality, and streamlining equipment logistics.
Requirements
- Must hold an active secret level clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification
- 7+ years of experience in IT Asset and Configuration Management
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams
- Proficiency in ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
