Carnival UK is seeking a CMDB Administrator for a 12-month full-time role in Southampton, Hampshire, United Kingdom. Requirements
- Experience managing and improving data quality from multiple sources
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, especially CMDB and ITSM modules
- Understanding of ITIL v3 or v4 frameworks
- Knowledge of IT operations and configuration/environment management
