Carnival UK is seeking an aspiring CMDB Administrator for a 12-month contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to departmental goals, build a solid foundation in technology, and gain hands-on experience within a tech department. It's a hybrid position including up to two days from home.
Requirements
- Experience managing and improving data quality.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, especially CMDB and ITSM modules.
- Understanding of ITIL v3 or v4 frameworks.
- Knowledge of IT operations and configuration/environment management.

Requirements Summary
