CMDB Administrator (12 month FTC)

Carnival UK is offering a full-time, fixed-term CMDB Administrator position (CUK11) for 12 months. This role provides hands-on experience in the technology department, with a focus on learning and growth, and collaboration. The position is classified as a Hybrid position requiring up to two days of remote work. Candidates should possess experience managing data quality, familiarity with ServiceNow, and understanding of ITIL frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience managing and improving data quality
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, especially CMDB and ITSM modules
• Understanding of ITIL v3 or v4 frameworks
• Knowledge of IT operations and configuration/environment management
