We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior CMDB Analyst to lead the configuration management practice and develop, maintain, and govern the CMDB within the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Highly skilled and proactive Senior CMDB Analyst
- 4+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including CMDB administration, discovery, and integrations
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework, especially Configuration Management, Change, and Incident Management
- Ability to script and configure within the ServiceNow platform (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows)
- Experience with data modeling, CMDB normalization, and reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Service Mapping, MID Servers, and integration best practices
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving CMDB-related issues
