Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, implement and customize ITSM modules, and build and customize the Service Portal.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Proven background in implementing and maintaining ITSM processes.
  • Advanced skills in Service Portal development and customization.
  • Strong experience with Service Catalog workflows and request lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP-based integrations.
  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript tailored to the ServiceNow environment.
  • Solid experience performing ServiceNow platform upgrades.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
