Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, implement and customize ITSM modules, and build and customize the Service Portal.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Proven background in implementing and maintaining ITSM processes.
- Advanced skills in Service Portal development and customization.
- Strong experience with Service Catalog workflows and request lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP-based integrations.
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript tailored to the ServiceNow environment.
- Solid experience performing ServiceNow platform upgrades.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
