We are seeking a CMDB Data Analyst to join our Software Engineering – Development team at Kyndryl. As a CMDB Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it. Your contributions will have a significant impact on our products' success, and you will be part of a team that is passionate about innovation, creativity, and excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow CMDB implementations
  • Proficiency in data analysis and data processing
  • Experience in creating detailed reports and visualizations
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, particularly CMDB
  • Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL, BI tools, and MS Access is a plus
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with strong ownership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Consulting experience in ITSM/ITIL frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in root cause analysis and resolution of data quality
