The primary purpose of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Discovery Engineer role is to design, implement, and maintain automated discovery tools to ensure the CMDB remains accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with IT discovery tools and CMDB platforms.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Discovery, ITSM, CMDB platform
