Digital Realty is seeking an experienced CMDB Manager to lead and mature their Configuration Management Database (CMDB) strategy and operations. This role is critical for delivering accurate infrastructure insights, operational resilience, and compliance across the global data center footprint. The role involves designing, implementing, and governing the CMDB within ServiceNow, working closely with various teams to ensure data quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise CMDBs, with at least 3 years on ServiceNow CMDB.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Service Mapping and Business Services modeling.
- Experience with Service Mapping and CI class structures.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices.
