The Payroll Specialist will have a minimum of 3-5 years Cloud-based payroll experience. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process for the Austria Payroll, working alongside a team of 1. The Payroll Specialist will collaborate closely with Otis HR Employee Services, HR business partners, key vendors, tax authorities, and unions to ensure payroll execution is timely and accurate.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Austria Payroll experience
- Extension knowledge of Austria Payroll Legislation
- Demonstrated writing proficiency, visual design and effective oral presentation skills in English
- Experience with processing Stock Options, RSU's
- Experience with Sage Payroll software, Workday, and ServiceNow
- Shared service environment experience
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage deadlines while under stress
