Requirements
- Experience as a ServiceNow CMDB Process Analyst
- Strong understanding of CMDB lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Asset Management, and Configuration Management
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks
- Strong analytical skills
- ServiceNow certifications (CIS-CMDB, ITIL) a plus
