Tier One Technologies is looking for a COBOL developer with Changeman and ServiceNow experience to support our US Government client. This will be a 100% remote Contract-to-Hire position.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working with COBOL & DB2
- Proven experience utilizing Changeman to create packages and promote code
- Familiarity with IT Service Management Systems – specifically ServiceNow
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes and management tools (preferably VersionOne)
- Familiarity with security certificates and how they are used to protect transmission of data between various computer devices
- Must understand and analyze network firewalls and how they are implemented to provide secure enclaves to protect servers and database resources
- Ability to perform analysis of customer requirements and to design related technical solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to translate between business and technical concepts)
