The New York City Department of Sanitation (DSNY) is seeking a Server Team College Aide to provide support to various Windows/Linux server related technologies. The responsibilities include configuration, upgrade, and troubleshooting of security products, monitoring server security updates, and creating/tracking ServiceNow request tickets.
Requirements
- Matriculation at an accredited college or graduate school
- Employment conditioned upon continuance as a student in a college or graduate school
- Specific course of study in information technology, computer science, management information systems, data processing, or closely related field
- 9 semester credits in an acceptable course of study
