The Compensation Analyst designs and manages the company's compensation programs, advising on trends and benchmarking. The role provides analytical and technical expertise to internal partners and supports the Centers of Excellence model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Compensation role or Human Resources role requiring significant data analysis
  • Experience utilizing HRIS systems, preferably Oracle Cloud HCM and ServiceNow
