DecisionPoint is seeking an experienced Computer Support Administrator to join our team in support of the Defensive Cyber Realization, Integration, and Operational Support (DCRIOS) II contract. The position is onsite at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) and requires providing Tier 1 support for networks such as NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Two (2) or more years’ experience related to Computer Support Technician (CST) support on similar networks to NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS
  • Must have one of the following certifications: Security+, CND or GICSP
  • Experience installing, relocating, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing desktop computers, laptops, thin clients, and printers
  • Experience in updating, patching, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows based systems
  • Experience loading, configuring, and troubleshooting software applications
  • Must be responsive and able to interact with the users - experience in a customer-facing role and excellent customer service skills
  • Must be self-motivated and able to perform with little to no supervision
  • Experience monitoring and responding to internal support requests submitted to ticketing system and escalate irresolvable issues to appropriate department for resolution
