Requirements

  • 5-12 years of IT administration experience
  • Experience managing and maintaining ServiceNow's Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Proficiency in administering and configuring ServiceNow ITAM, ITSM, and/or similar modules
  • Understanding of CMDB best practices, data models, and relationships
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
