Requirements
- 5-12 years of IT administration experience
- Experience managing and maintaining ServiceNow's Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Proficiency in administering and configuring ServiceNow ITAM, ITSM, and/or similar modules
- Understanding of CMDB best practices, data models, and relationships
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
