We are looking for a Configuration Management Lead to join our team at NN Insurance Belgium. As a Configuration Management Lead, you will be responsible for modeling, maintaining, and optimizing our CMDB and associated processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT, of which 3 years in Configuration Management.
- Thorough knowledge of ITIL processes with a focus on configuration management & asset management.
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness.
- Team player, both internally and externally.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with ServiceNow and Configuration Services Data Model.
- Independent, proactive, and a true passion for improvements.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent in Dutch or French, with an excellent command of English.
