NN Insurance Belgium is looking for a Configuration Management Lead to maintain a complete and accurate overview of applications, software, hardware, servers, and other IT assets in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The successful candidate will have experience in IT and Configuration Management, and will be responsible for modeling, maintaining, and optimizing the CMDB and associated processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT, of which 3 years in Configuration Management
- Thorough knowledge of ITIL processes with a focus on configuration management & asset management
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
- Team player, both internally and externally
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with ServiceNow and Configuration Services Data Model
- Independent, proactive, and a true passion for improvements
- Problem-solving mindset
- Fluent in Dutch or French, with an excellent command of English
