Requirements

• Experience working in an IT delivery organization
• Experience with Agile implementation of ServiceNow ITSM
• Experience on the ServiceNow platform (CMDB/Software area)
• Experience of collaborating with external suppliers
• Deep knowledge of Service Configuration Management practices
• Strong ability to manage in a complex and dispersed environment
• Dedication to improving quality and effectiveness
• Good business understanding or proven ability to learn quickly
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Service, project, and results orientation, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Business analysis skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Proficiency in English
