Requirements
- University Degree, preferably in IT
- Fluent in English
- 3 years of ServiceNow implementations experience
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, SPM, and WSD modules
- Solid experience with ServiceNow integrations
- Good understanding of ITIL or similar framework
- 1+ years of Development Team Leader experience
