Configuration Manager

As a Senior Configuration Manager, you will support Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) by developing and leading strategy for maturation of IT Asset Management and Configuration Management programs, processes, technologies, and staff. The successful candidate will implement and monitor processes to ensure the accuracy of hardware, software, and configuration items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience OR In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required
• 5 + years relevant experience in Asset Management & Configuration Management
• 3 + years people management experience; working with full time employees and contractors mostly who are virtually based
• 3 + years experience with ServiceNow ITSM platform, especially with Asset Management and Configuration Management Databases (AMDB & CMDB) and ServiceNow Discovery
• Experience deploying Software Asset Management solutions
• Advanced excel skills; Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, data analysis
