Configuration Manager

Join our team as a Configuration Manager and coordinate configuration management activities, including planning, identification, control, status accounting, and audit. Work with various teams to ensure proper implementation of the configuration management plan.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Configuration Manager or in a similar role, ideally in a highly regulated environment such as a financial institution.
• Knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and good understanding of CMDB data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Jira ITSM, Jira, Confluence, O365 suit, and BPMN tools.
