Configuration Manager (Hybrid)

The Configuration Manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and controlling the configuration management process for IT systems. This role ensures accurate identification, documentation, tracking, and management of IT assets throughout their lifecycle, supporting change management, incident/problem resolution, and accountability. The manager maintains integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of IT configuration/asset management experience, with at least 2 years in a federal or regulated IT environment
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB or similar ITSM platforms
• Knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 Configuration and Change Management processes
• Familiarity with federal IT standards and property accountability requirements (e.g., FAR 52.245-1)
