We are looking for a Confirmed Pay Manager CDI H/F (hybrid) to join our team in a stimulating environment with varied missions. This role is based at La Défense (92) and involves hybrid work with remote work. You will directly report to the Shared Service Centre (SSC) Pay Manager and will be responsible for various tasks related to pay, payroll, and social charges.
Requirements
- Degree in HR or management (Bac +2/3) with a specialization in pay
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar function
- Proficient in SIRH tools (SAP, Global View, Workday, ServiceNow)
- Excellent mastery of the Office package and especially Excel
- Professional English and French
