Confirmed ServiceNow Consultant

Talan is looking for a Confirmed ServiceNow Consultant to join their CloudSpirit team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform in complex environments and strong technical and industry expertise. The consultant will be responsible for designing technical solutions, developing scripts, and performing integration tests on the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform in complex environments
• Mastering the ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change)
• Knowledge of the CMDB, HR, ITBM modules
• In-depth knowledge of good ITIL and ServiceNow practices
• Mastering Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Ability to configure and parameterize ServiceNow modules in an advanced way
• Expertise in ServiceNow back-office administration
