Talan is looking for a Confirmed ServiceNow Consultant to work on ServiceNow platforms for clients. The ideal candidate will have experience on the ServiceNow platform in complex environments, knowledge of ITSM and other modules, and expertise in ServiceNow back-office administration.
Requirements
- Experience of at least 5 years on the ServiceNow platform in complex environments
- Mastery of the ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change)
- Knowledge of the CMDB, HR, and ITBM modules
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow best practices
- Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to configure and parameterize ServiceNow modules in an advanced manner
- Expertise in ServiceNow back-office administration
