Requirements
- University degree in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing processes using one or more ServiceNow modules, with specialization in the ITSM module
- Expertise in ServiceNow configuration and scripting tools (JavaScript, API, workflows)
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and best practices in ITSM
- ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL v3/v4 certifications would be an asset
- Analytical skills, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills
