Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, ADP, or ServiceNow (mandatory).
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel (data analysis, reports, dynamic cross-tabulation, etc.).
• Analytical mind, comfortable with managing large datasets and generating exploitable information.
• Solid planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to establish effective collaboration relationships at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
• Capacity to identify opportunities, show initiative, and anticipate future implications.
