Join CPP Investments as a Talent Solutions and Services Counselor to provide comprehensive support to colleagues and managers, and contribute to the management of programs and processes. The role requires collaboration with Centers of Expertise (COE) and Business Partners in Talent (TBP) to resolve requests and complete actions. You will work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimizing systems and processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Requirements

  • University or college diploma in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, ADP, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Excellent proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Analytical mindset and comfortable with managing large datasets to extract relevant information
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to establish collaborative relationships at all levels, both internally and with external partners
  • Ability to identify opportunities, show initiative, and anticipate future implications
  • Excellent problem-solving and advisory skills, with a high attention to detail and precision
