Requirements
- University or college diploma in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, ADP, ServiceNow, etc.
- Excellent proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Analytical mindset and comfortable with managing large datasets to extract relevant information
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to establish collaborative relationships at all levels, both internally and with external partners
- Ability to identify opportunities, show initiative, and anticipate future implications
- Excellent problem-solving and advisory skills, with a high attention to detail and precision
