The role involves analyzing customer needs, supporting process mapping, and recommending strategic solutions. Requirements

  • Experience with advisory, analysis or project work in digital transformation projects.
  • Interest in the interplay between technology and business.
  • Knowledge of process improvement, service management (ITSM/ESM), business architecture, or change management.
  • Experience with facilitation of workshops and customer dialogue.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and the possibilities on the platform
  • Higher education in technology, economics, management or similar.
