Devoteam is looking for a Consultant - Advisory, ServiceNow to join their team. The ideal candidate has experience with consulting, analysis, or project work in digitalization projects, preferably related to ServiceNow or other business platforms. The role involves leading and facilitating processes where technology, organization, and business meet, and assisting customers with need analysis, process mapping, benefit realization, and strategic advice related to how ServiceNow can best support the business.

Requirements

  • Experience with consulting, analysis, or project work in digitalization projects, preferably related to ServiceNow or other business platforms.
  • Interest in the interaction between technology and business – and the ability to communicate well with both worlds.
  • Knowledge of process improvement, service management (ITSM/ESM), business architecture, or change management.
  • Experience with facilitating workshops and customer dialogue.
  • Higher education in technology, economics, management, or similar.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills – both in Norwegian and English.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and the opportunities in the platform – training and certification are provided as needed.
