As a Customer Operations Engineer, you will provide technical and process support for all applicable Digital Solutions used by customers. You will work in a dynamic Agile environment with DevOps way of working to support global and local business units in a complex and cross-technology landscape.
Requirements
- University degree in Information technology, electronics engineering or equivalent
- Minimum experience of 4+ years in supporting applications hosted on AWS Cloud
- Knowledge and experience with embedded systems, programming, and AWS Cloud
- Technical skills: Desired: - Prior working experience on Public Cloud – preferred AWS, Working experience with IoT Devices and surrounding ecosystem, Functional knowledge of APIs - REST and WebSocket, DevOps and agile ways of working with experience on ticketing tool JIRA (preferred), ServiceNow etc., Knowledge on using monitoring tools – preferably AWS CloudWatch and Splunk
- Classification: Nice to have: - Knowhow of AWS Services (one or multiple) - Lambda, Cognito, ECS, API Gateway, Dynamo DB, CloudFormation, Knowledge and experience with programming (languages like C#, C++, JS) or Scripting languages (Python/Shell)
- Primary skills needed: AWS cloud exposure, IoT devices hands on experience, API functional knowledge, Python or scripting will be added advantage
