The Retail Online Production Support Analyst will provide support coverage, coordinating problem-solving and recovery. This role involves analyzing data, identifying issues, and implementing improvements to reduce incidents and enhance systems. The analyst will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience providing production support for internal or partner teams
  • Deep passion for problem solving and creating innovative solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC) and ETL processes
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in business process optimization
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system
  • Hands-on experience with telephony, network, contact center, and/or e-commerce solutions

Requirements Summary
