This consultant position focuses on integrating Field Service Management (FSM) solutions with various enterprise systems. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting data flows across platforms, ensuring seamless operations and enhancing service delivery. Collaboration with business and technical teams is key, along with troubleshooting and ensuring data consistency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in integrating FSM solutions with enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of FSM platforms (e.g., SAP FSM, ServiceNow FSM, Oracle Field Service)
- Hands-on experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and data transformation tools
- Proficiency in data mapping, ETL processes, and integration troubleshooting
- Solid knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in cross-functional and client-facing environments
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Certifications in FSM platforms or integration tools (preferred)
- Experience with cloud-based integrations and IoT device connectivity (preferred)
- Prior consulting experience with leading IT or advisory firms (preferred)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (preferred)
