Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting FSM solutions
- Strong understanding of field service processes, scheduling, dispatch, and work order management
- Experience with leading FSM platforms (e.g., SAP FSM, ServiceNow FSM, Oracle Field Service, ClickSoftware)
- Proficiency in integrating FSM with ERP/CRM systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in cross-functional and client-facing environments
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
