Sopra Steria is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM specialized consultant to join its team and participate in strategic projects for clients. The successful candidate will contribute to the implementation, deployment, and optimization of business processes based on the ITSM module of ServiceNow.
Requirements
- University degree from an engineering school or equivalent
- 4-year experience in designing and implementing processes using one or more ServiceNow modules, with a specialization on the ITSM module
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Expertise in ServiceNow configuration and scripting tools (JavaScript, API, workflows)
- Analysis capabilities, teamwork spirit, and excellent interpersonal skills
