Requirements
- Define technical specifications in line with the ITSM module.
- Configure and personalize the ITSM module of ServiceNow according to project requirements.
- Advise clients on ITIL best practices and tailored solutions for their business processes.
- Participate in testing phases (unitary and functional) and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Collaborate with business teams to ensure consistency and project success.
