Requirements
- Several years of experience in IT Service Management, Enterprise Service Management, or SIAM consulting
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience of ITIL processes
- Strong expertise in Service Integration & Management (SIAM) principles and delivery models
- Proven experience of ESM/ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshdesk, and others
- Solid understanding of automation and AI integration within service management processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with both technical and business teams
