We are looking for an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) consultant to join our growing team at Tietoevry Tech Services. In this role, you will lead the transformation of IT and management of business services for our customers, drive innovation, automation, and measurable value.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in IT Service Management, Enterprise Service Management, or SIAM consulting.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Asset & Config, Knowledge, SLM, etc.).
- Strong expertise in Service Integration & Management (SIAM) principles and delivery models.
- Proven experience with ESM/ITSM tools such as: ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshdesk, BMC Remedy or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of automation and AI integration in service management processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and implement tactically.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with both technical and business teams.
- Swedish language is a requirement, Norwegian is a plus.
