Deloitte South Asia LLP is seeking a Senior Consultant with a ServiceNow background to develop ITOM/ITAM/GRC solutions. The role involves custom development, system integration, and providing technical leadership. Experience with discovery scheduling and automation is a plus.
Requirements
- 3+ years ServiceNow ITOM (Health) system development and administration
- 3+ years ServiceNow Programming languages Java and JSON
- Knowledge and experience of working with IT Operation Management (ITOM) with Event Management, ITSM, CMDB, and API
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM data model
- Understanding of Discovery scheduling and potential network impacts
- Experience with net-new implementations of Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping
- ITOM Implementation experience is a must
- Develop and implement new applications on ServiceNow and integrations from initiation to completion
- Understand detailed requirements and own code
