Requirements

  • State of Play and evaluation of existing processes
  • Analysis and identification of improvement axes on our clients' processes
  • Design of IT processes, in line with the ServiceNow solution
  • Accompaniment in the implementation of processes in the tools that will support them
  • Design and rationalization of Service Catalogue
